As geophysical cycles converge upon a point in time - "Zero Point" - unique conditions are created on Earth that have been stimulated in sacred sites
throughout history. Its indicators include Earth's diminishing magnetic field and rising base frequency. An appropriate cultural response to Zero Point
conditions would allow graceful access to higher states of consciousness, as recorded by previous cultures who experienced it: a collective initiation.
Their artifacts and writings now offer a road map for the present. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_point_energy [en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_point_energy]

There is a great technique that I learned that can help you to discover what parts of yourself that you have disowned and forgotten. In this video I share this with you so that you can discover what parts of yourself you aren't dealing with.

===
Summary of the Process:

It's best if you journal this.

1) Write a first person description of what is bothering/attracting you.

2) Write a second person imagined dialog between you and the person with whom you are having the issue.

3) Write a first person description of how the object of your aversion/attraction would see the issue and you in relation to it.

4) Analyze what you have written to see what parts of yourself you have projected onto the other person.

5) Acknowledge, own, and honor those projections as part of yourself, not the other person.

Since its inception, Omega has been a pioneer in the field of holistic studies and has been known as a place where people from all over world come for a personal growth retreat.

Omega's roots go back to a Sufi community, called the Abode of the Message, in New Lebanon, New York, on the grounds of a former Shaker community. In 1977, the founder of the Abode, the late Eastern meditation master Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, and two of its leading members--Stephan Rechtschaffen, M.D., and Elizabeth Lesser--founded Omega Institute for Holistic Studies.

Prof. Muhammad al'Mahdi explains the "philosophy" of genetics, instincts, and imprinting from a very broad perspective, with special attention to the learning process and behavioral patterns of animals and human beings. He proposes a gradual development of lesser instinct-based behavior and more learned behavior as the level of animal complexity increases.
